Ulrich Ellison Releases New Single ‘Bad Enough”

Ulrich Ellison has established himself as a top-tier guitar wizard on the international blues rock scene. With nine albums to his name, Ellison releases a blistering new single “Bad Enough” from his forthcoming album Vintage Salvation set to release on April 3, 2024. With flawless groove and sonic depth, Ellison’s power trio simply rocks.

Featuring drummer Jeff Botta and keyboard/bassist Bryce Powell, Ellison slays it on his new blues-rock single “Bad Enough” with monster riffs and a fierce command of the fretboard. With  gritty, powerful vocals, Ellis owns the stage on this catchy rocker. About wanting to attain your dream and refusing to let obstacles stand in the way, Ellis shares inspiration and fierce determination to attain your goals on “Bad Enough.” With heavy groove and a catchy blues rocking vibe, this super-tight trio warns of the media’s distractions.

Ellis’ acclaimed last album Power Of Soul (A Tribute To Jimi Hendrix) featured luminaries such as Tommy Shannon (Stevie Ray Vaughan), David Grissom (John Mellencamp), Matt Schofield, Greg Koch and legendary blues voice Chris Farlowe (Colosseum, Hamburg Blues Band). Production was done with the help of Obie Obrien (Bon Jovi) and Bill Johnson (Austin City Limits).

After graduating, he became a successful sideman for several notable Austin acts, and formed the Ulrich Ellison trio, then Ulrich Ellison And Tribe.

Since 2020, Ellis has also been the founder of “Total Guitar Transformation Academy” that empowers guitarists to become better musicians through a new way of learning.

To take in Ulrich Ellison’s live show is to witness the highly dynamic interplay of his tight knit power trio, who together push the blues-rock genre to its limits. Hailing form a new breed of musicians who have a jazz background, Ellison and his trio have performed thousands of concerts worldwide and the kinetic interplay between them is apparent.
